May 21st end-dates allow us to serve college students’ high yearly turnover rate.
We can’t always adjust the date; please wait for us to confirm via text or email before planning on it.
Before requesting extension, please ask your future property manager to move in early.
Leases are for a 355-day term, split into 12 equal payments, so the last month is not prorated.
Requests are due no later than 5/1.
Earlier requests are more likely to be approved.

We’ll already be working very hard cleaning 80+ apartments in one week.
Cleaning and repairs left for MGMT may be charged at overtime rates for extended leases due to the shortened turnover gap.
This doesn’t include preexisting flaws noted on your move-in inspection from the start of the lease - we don’t charge for those.
