We’re a local, family-owned, college-focused MGMT company with a friendly, experienced staff.

There are only a few simple steps you need to take, and a few things you need to know:

• Rent / parking / other charges will now be payable to: Campus Management LLC.
  

• please pay online - it’s safe, easy, & free (with a bank account). Once you’ve read the rest of this page, sign up to get started.
  

• Once signed in, you’ll see monthly charges, even if you pay in 4-month installments. Please select a custom payment amount to pay your installment. You’ll have a positive balance (shown in parentheses) until the next installment is due. The balance shown is for your unit, not you as an individual.

  We do not use Venmo.

  Please use a bank account; it only takes a few minutes to set up.
